He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Heckman and Arlene Heckman (Folger); his wife Janet Danielson; his niece Krista Walker Seevers; and his brother-in-law James Walker.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Walker-Swan (Bob); his children, Alissa Heckman-Dick (Craig), Jessica Heckman Handelman (Scott) and Andrew Heckman (Alyson); the mother of his children Connie Heckman; his stepdaughter Stefanie Lemon (Tim); and his grandchildren, Alden, Keenan Lemon, Crosby, Rennon Dick, Charlotte, Quinn Handelman, Sophia and Robert Heckman.
