He is survived by: his children, Tammy Goodwin and Robin Bonge; his stepchildren, Genny Klein and Tim Norland; and his brother Robert Bonge (Denise). He is also survived by grandchildren; 1 great-grandson, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
