Kenneth Lee Koerner Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 9, 2026, at the age of 79, Kenneth Lee Koerner of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Koerner and Nora Koerner (Michaelis); and his siblings, Floyd Koerner (Beverly), Leonard Koerner (Carol) and Donna Gerstenschlager (Karl).
He is survived by: his wife Arlyce Helmsadter (Nisley); his sons, Jerry Koerner and Jason Koerner (Kris); his stepson Scott Helmstadter; and his grandchildren, Kody Koerner, Madison Zierth, Elizabeth Mann and Tara Ziems. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
There were 22 in all and they were only stopped by the Covid ban and then poor health.
