It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin VanVelson in Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on July 29, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Kevin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kevin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Van Velson and Beverly A. Van Velson (Sieck). He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth J. Feldhaus and Kathryn A. Steward; and his brothers, Glenn, Alan and Carlin. He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
