She was predeceased by: her father Wilfred LeRoy; and her niece Samantha Brouillette. She is survived by: her mother Karen Brouillette (Carey); her former husband Gil Winkelman; her daughter Amber Winkelman-Cook (Daniel); her grandson Dante Cook; her brothers, Mitch Brouillette (Joan) and Spencer Brouillette; and her stepsiblings, Shelly Peters, Carmen Thomas and Tim Peters (Tonya). She is also survived by nieces, two great-nephews, and one great-niece.
