“We are so sorry to hear about Larry’s passing. Jake and I were so lucky to have him as our first neighbor. He taught us a lot about our house and was always ready to chat whenever we saw him. The house next door will always be “Larry’s house” to us. Sending our sympathy to your family as you celebrate his life today.”
