He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Beachell Snyder and Lois Snyder (Schuelke); and his brother Mervin. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl (Oberg).
A reception was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Butherus (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
He also served on the Board of Trustees for Nebraska Wesleyan, and for the University of Nebraska Foundation.
