He was predeceased by: his parents, Al Fountain and Jo Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Deb Fountain; his children, Tyler Fountain (Jamie) and Jessie Zuniga (Jorge); his grandchildren, Ito, Nio Zuniga, Jocelynn, Archer and Brock Fountain; his siblings, Carrol Fountain (Linda), Diana Smith and Rich Fountain (Kim); and his brother-in-law Larry Knerr (Lynn).
