She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Brian Maslonka and Kelly Mitchell (Maslonka); her son-in-law Scott Mitchell; her grandchildren, Tanner, Taylor and Sydney Mitchell; and her brother Wesley Conklin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
