She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Roth and Ida Roth (Norman Sullivan); her son Stacy Sullivan; her son-in-law Norman Rollins; her siblings, Lonnie Roth, Lillian Artz and Harriet Grupy; and her brothers-in-law, Clarence Emal, Jr., Robert Artz and Everett Behrens.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Rollins, Kirk Sullivan (Virginia) and Todd Sullivan (Marci); her grandchildren, Matt Sullivan, Katy Sullivan, Lorraine Frankland (Christopher), Sheena Brannan (Josh), Cody Sullivan and Robyn Sullivan (Morgan); her brother Larry Roth (Anna Lou); and her sister-in-law Colleen Emal.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
