She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Gammel and Darlene Gammel (Stewart); her former husband Gary Hansel; and her son Ronnie Hansel. She is survived by: her husband Doug Grove; her brother Bob Gammel (Adele); her sons, Shawn Hansel, Tyler Hansel (Audra) and Gary Hansel (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Chloe Hansel, Noah Hansel, Jovie Hansel and Adilynn Sonthana-Barak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
