She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Boldt and Lorraine Boldt (Putman); and her brother Leland. She is survived by : her children, Olena Martin (Ryan), Desiree' Poppe (Shaun) of Ogallala and Jake Jones of Coeur; and her grandchildren, Gabriel, Brock, Bronson, Charlie and Nyah.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Lola's memory to the Bluefield Project Curing FTD.
