She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kapustka and Florence Kapustka (Golka); her sister Darlene Kapustka; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Edna Eisenhauer (Beckman); and her brother-in-law Paul Varnado.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Ray (Tricia); her nephew Tyler Varnado; her husband Mylon (Mike); her daughter Angela Snowardt (Chris); her grandchildren, Adam (Megan), Cameron, Kaylee, Christian, Caleb, Lainee, Carter, Callum, Sabrina (Wes), Nicholas (Tavionna) and Cheyenne; her brothers, Ron Kapustka (Judi), Robert Kapustka (Sharon) and Mike Kapustka (Martha); and her siblings-in-law, Janet Damme (Larry), Judy Brinkman (Arlin), Kathy Varnado (Stephen) and Dean (Maria). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
