He is survived by: his children, Lloyd McCarter (LaSchan), Michael, Kelly McCarter (Beth), Susan Robinson (John) and Rhonda Hood (Tim); his grandchildren, Payton, Ethan, Austin, Erin, Eve, Kyle (Sarah), Kealy, Krista, Kory (Michaela), Jessie (Desiree), Jenna (Derek), Zackary, Samuel, Marie, Hannah (Cody) and Abbigail; and his sister Ann Pierce. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
