It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret D. Pierson of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Isabella (Nunn) and William Franklin Downing; her husband Dr. Edwin Kenneth Pierson, Jr.; her daughter Karen Rathje; her siblings, Lloyd and Elizabeth; and her nephew Richard Francis.
She is survived by: her daughter Etta; and her sister Elaine Francis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
