She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Hall and Nina Hall (Fern); her siblings, Treva Perkins, Phyllis Bickert, Vernon Hall, Roland Hall and Norman Hall; her grandchildren, Raelynn Belt, Joseph Belt, Tommy Shaw and Doug Shaw; and her nephews, Marvin Hall, Lonnie Bickert and Danny Hall.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Carroll; her brother Gary Hall (Nancy); her children, Dennis Belt (Cindy), Janice Patterson, Keith Belt and Kari Shaw; and her stepchildren, Chris Humanik, Bob Carroll, Greg Carroll (Karen), Mark Carroll and Jeff Carroll (Patty). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
