She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Phillips and Dorothy Phillips; her former husband Howard Ham; her children, Rick Ham and Debra Allen; her daughters-in-law, Mary Ham and Christie Ham; her stepdaughters, Carol Gilliland, Wanda Johnson, Cathy Scarborough and Judy Martin; and her siblings, Sharon Lange and James Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Koehn; her children, David Ham, Michael Ham (Marcia), Timothy Ham (Ellen), Clayton Ham (Linda), Cary Ham (Tina), Randy Ham (Kim), Shawn Ham (Stefanie) and Ronda; her daughter-in-law Teresa Wagner; her stepdaughters, Juanita Doyle, Sherri Higginbotham and Laura Slayton; and her siblings, Thomas, Larry, Warren, Ronald, Dennis, Robert Phillips and Delores Miller. She is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
