He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Haith and Margueritte Haith; his siblings, Evelyn, Everett, Carl and Lawrence; his son Neal; and his daughter-in-law Marlene.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Kaytie DuTemple of Sanford, FL, Tim Haith (Janet) of Lincoln, Terry Anderson (Jerry) of North Platte and D. W. Haith of Unadilla; his grandchildren, Greg Kellogg of Sanford, FL, Christopher DuTemple (Candy) of Omaha and Victoria Mattiello (Dominick II) of Port Orchard, WA; and his great grandchildren, Bella DuTemple, Leila DuTemple, Jaina Mattiello, Benjamin DuTemple and Dominick Mattiello III.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be dispersed to an organization to be determined at a later date.
