He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene C. Douglas and Donnette Lou Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Stuart Douglas (Dana Rigby) of Heber City, UT and Marci (Chris Woehler) of Wayne, NE.; his grandchildren, Hadley, Cohen and Kaiser; and his siblings, Barbara (Dean Chase) of Tekamah, NE, Christine (Denis Strobel) of Bluffton, SC and Mike (Cindy Douglas) of Mt. Vernon, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
