She was predeceased by: her parents, Wurnewald Schutte (W. E.) and Olga Schutte (Hake); her husband Don of Stanton, NE; and her brother Ronnie. She is survived by: her children, Linda Dietz (Jim) of Elkhorn, NE, Judy Fredrick of Lincoln, NE and Kevin Koopmann (Ann) of Lincoln, NE.; her grandchildren, Brian Dietz (Amy), Delaney, Weston of Prairie Village, KS, Mark Dietz (April) and Collin; her great grandchildren, Jack Darius, Craig Dietz (Adrienne) of Galesburg, IL, Jenna Clancy (Ben) and Emily Koopmann; her aunt Elaine Hake of Columbus, NE.; her grandchildren, Craig Dietz, Jenna Clancy and Emily Koopmann; her great-nephew Scott Koopmann; and her great grandchildren, Delaney Dietz, Weston Dietz, Collin Dietz, Alexandria Dietz, Jack Darius Dietz, Max Graves, Dawson Clancy, Xavier Dietz, Eleanor Clancy and Simone Dietz.

During covid she learned how to play online card games with people from Australia and Pennsylvania among other places.
