She was predeceased by: her husband William Dean Jensen Sr.; her parents, Joseph L. Skala and Marie Skala Gentry; her stepfather Alvin Duane Gentry; and her brothers, Delvin Skala and Bob Skala.
She is survived by: her brothers, Sherman Skala (Linda) and Dennis Gentry (Patricia); and her stepchildren, William Jensen, Jr. (Nancy), Jim Jensen (Shawna) and Dawn Brooks (Ray). She is also survived by step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
