She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hartshorn and Mae Hartshorn (Houser); her husband Richard; and her sons, Mark and Brian.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Maxwell (Rick) and Richard Grell, Jr. (Cheryl); her daughter-in-law Kathy Grell; her grandchildren, Adam Grell (Shana), Angie Clapper (Joe), Andrea Grell, Tara Carlson (Jeremiah), Lance Grell (Jenna), Ethan Grell (Samantha), Cameron Maxwell, Joel Maxwell (Kim) and Marissa Maxwell; and her great grandchildren, Addisen, Isabel, Cole, Tre, Gage, Layla, Mya Grell, Jaylee, Jaycee, Jovee Carlson, Braelynn, Harper, Easton, Miles and Teagan Grell.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
