With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martin Jon Rung (Lincoln, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Rung and Helen Rung; his brother Brian; and his grandparents, Alta, Thomas Ludwig, Florence and Omar Rung.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica; his brothers, Steven, Jeffrey (Dot) and Todd (Amy); and his siblings' children, Nicholas, Kylie, Lily and Paxton Rung of Lincoln.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crematorium Chapel at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
