He was predeceased by: his parents, Wickliffe Burbank Halstead and Florence Maxine Halstead (Heather); his wife Carol Lea "Corky" Jenkins; and his sibling Whitney Boyd Halstead of Chicago, Illinois.. He is survived by: his sons, Monty (Tish), Scott (Angie), Danny (Shelly) and Tony (Paul); his close friend JoAnne Shandy "Jody" Peterseim of Columbus; his friends, Ed, Glenny Chicoine, Boyd, June Elliot, John, Grace Priest, Ken, Margy Willits, Vern and Uarda Damkroger; Corky and Scott.
Memorials may be given to The Rotary Club #14 in Lincoln.
