He was predeceased by: his father David A. Spale Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janet J. Spale Sr. (Becker); his children, Ann Hanson, Ashley Spale, Michael Spale Jr., Tameaka Cabrales, Joe Palmer, Kyra Cordell and Karsyn Miller; his grandchildren, Johnny, Aaliyah, Trae, Jae'li, Mason, Shelby, Leola, James, Jeffery, Addison, Ramar, Jayden, Hayley and Christian; his partner Ashley Miller; and his siblings, David Spale Jr., Shannon Roop, Michelle Zamrzla and Brandy Henke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
