She is survived by: her daughters, Denise McLaughlin (Tom) and Amy Saathoff; her grandchildren, Liz Porter (Taylor), Mitch Hinkley, Tessa McLaughlin and Abby McLaughlin; her great grandchild Minnie Porter; and her sister Irene Kruse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
