It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jane Reichwaldt of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Cortland, Nebraska, who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christina Meints (Schmidt) and Peter Meints; her son Michael; her great grandchild Kaden; and her siblings, Emma VonBusch (Emil Meints) and Engeline Brinton (LeRoy Meints).
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Polak (Joe), Ricky and James; her grandchildren, Zach, Jessica, Tierra, Anthony, Michelle, Stefanie and Loren; her siblings, Virgil Meints (Mary) and Karen Kerl; and her siblings-in-law, Rex Brinton and Sharon Meints. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family at this time for a later designation.
