He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rodriguez and Viola Rodriguez (Maestas). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rodriguez; his children, Paul H. Rodriguez, Jr. and Krystal E. Rodriguez; his stepchildren, Charity Rush and Jonathon Rivera; and his siblings, Pat Rodriguez (Judy), Vincent Rodriguez (Katherine), Vivian Rodriguez, Veronica Schmidt (Terry) and Ernestina Lopez.
