He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Pauline Haith and Ivan Haith; and his brothers, Lowell and Don. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Beecher); his children, Tami Peterson (Drew) of Denver, CO, Ryan (Bridget) of Castle Pines, CO, Shelley Foss (Tom), Lincoln, Cory (Lisa) of Hurricane, UT and Joni Bockisch (David) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Megan Foss, Christa Bockisch, Reagan and Emerson Haith. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
