He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Gerald H. Magee (Jerry); his children, Mandy Magee and Josh Magee of Lincoln; his mother Olivia Magee (Sam) of Lincoln; his siblings, Dana Melroy (Mike), Shane Magee (Tammy), Deanna Ruff (Ron) of Bennet and Rudy Magee (Angela) of Murray; his aunt Cathy Kloch (Steve) of Alliance; his nieces and nephews, Devin Melroy, Bailey Magee, Connor Ruff, Morgan Fine and Bastian; his cousin Crissy Kloch of Alliance; his grandchildren, Ayva and Jackson Keady of Lincoln; his pet Clyde; his son Jeremiah James Magee; his grandparents, Rudolph, Nora Schroeder, Hugh and Serna Magee; and his pet Ben.

He was dedicated to his local VFW chapter with gathering donations at Christmas and Poppy donations.
