He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Matthew; his siblings, Mary Williamsen (Mark), Bill (Diane), Stephanie Tophoj (Brian), Denise (Morgan Kelly), Joseph, Carol (Jeff O'Connell) and Susan Frost Alvarez; his nieces and nephews, Mikkel, Joel Tophoj, Mariel Frost Kelly, Nate Kelly (Heather), Amelia, Hannah, Auggie Frost, Chris Klapperich, Ruben, Danny Alvarez, Addison, Clark Weiner, Zoey Weiner and Keely Brown; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Freya, Rain Tophoj, Jade Kelly, Lluvia, Luna and Sol Salgado Alvarez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phillip's honor to the Cathedral of the Risen Christ, Saint Vincent de Paul Society, or Matt Talbot Kitchen.
