She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis McDonald and Mary Frances McDonald; her husband John C. Cook; her children, Russel L. Cook and Shari Pofahl; and her daughter-in-law Marilee Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Brian C. Cook and Janice L. Cook; her grandchildren, Angela Doell (Jerry), Jennifer Pofahl, Michael Pofahl (Marissa), John Cook, Don Cook (Erin), Kevin Cook (Sara) and Matt Cook; Alan Pofahl. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
