He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jr. Duensing and LoLeita Duensing (Searcey); his brother Henry Duensing, III; his mother-in-law Lucille Armstrong; and his brother-in-law Don Armstrong.

He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Tonya Fredstrom (Tim) of Illinois, Lisa Duensing of Lincoln, Dana Duensing (Karen) of Lincoln and Gina Chambers (Bren) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Nora Howell (Colby), Will Fredstrom (Charlea), Brandon, Jenna Duensing, Nyah, Taelyn, Bree and Rosana Chambers; and his sister-in-law Donna Armstrong.

Memorials are suggested to the Beatrice Humane Society or the donor's choice of an animal shelter in care of the mortuary.
