He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richard Bauer, Sr. and Emma Bauer (Younker); and his stepmother Rosie Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Bauer; his children, Amy (Mathew Fudge), Erik (Alicia Bauer) and Melinda Kindall; and his sister Carol Van Amerongen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
