Randy Ben Coil Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randy Ben Coil of Lincoln, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coil (Jim) and Phyllis Coil; his sister Julia Ballou (Coil); his brother-in-law Bruce Ballou; his sister Cindy Laden (Coil); his brother-in-law Francis Laden; his grandson Tyler P. Coil; and his son-in-law Michael Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Coil of Lincoln; his children, Janeen Johnson (Shane Drews) of Lincoln, Brent Coil of David City, Chad Coil (Laura Cain) of Lincoln and Andrew Watson (Stacey) of Wilber, Nebraska; and his grandchildren, Paul Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Marleigh Coil, Austin Coil, Ashley Coil, Allison Coil (Quinton Behrens), Makayla Coil (Dustin Cain), Shelby Coil (Tyler Helms), Atley Watson (Nate Rogers), Morgan Watson and Claire Watson. He is also survived by his family, and his pride in his family that him and his wife.
