Rex Bevins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rex Bevins (Lincoln, Nebraska), who passed away on April 7, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Franklin Lavina (Frank) and Margaret Lavina (Maggie); his wife Ardie (Ardie); and his siblings, Gerald, Robert and Arlene.

He is survived by: his sister Dorothy; his children, Michael Bevins (Sherry) of Louisville, NE, Mark Bevins (Anita Calvert) and Deborah (Tom); his grandchildren, Jamie Bevins (Hailey) of Camas, WA, Jed Ehlers (Paige) of Powell, WY, Katie Akers (Justin) of North Pole, AK, Anna (Dan), Taylor (Ehlers) of Allyn, WA, Benjamin Bevins and Melissa Bevins of Lincoln, NE; and his great grandchildren, Jared, Connor Troutman, Gabriel, Alyssa, Jacob Westerberg, Leila Bevins, Hugh Ehlers and Adela Ehlers.
