He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Draper and Ada Draper (Morrison); his brother Edward Draper; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Draper and Walter Hodgeman.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Amy Gagner (Troy), Melissa Draper and Jason Draper (Beth); his grandchildren, Aidan Gagner, Ava Gagner, Cooper Applebee, Easton Draper, Carter Draper and Charlotte Draper; his siblings, Kenneth Draper, Stanley Draper (Sally), Marilyn Hodgeman and Beverly Congel (George); and his brother-in-law Keith Smith (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the family for future designation.
