He is survived by: his wife Jean England; his sister Phyllis Mikesell (Don) of Hutchinson, KS; his daughter-in-law Kirsten Wampler of Omaha; his daughter Susan Wakefield (Jim) of O'Neill; his stepchildren, Emily Osborne (Mike), Elizabeth England of Lincoln and Erik England (Tracey Poyer) of Springdale, AR; his grandchildren, Jackie McDowell (Brandon), Ben Wampler, Samantha Wampler and Riley Wakefield; his stepgrandchildren, Will Osborne (Megan) and Catey Ediger (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Colton, Evie and Keagan McDowell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Plymouth Church accessible walkway project in Lincoln NE.
