He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Anthony J. Lombardo and Dorothy Lombardo; and his siblings, Tony, Bill and Anita Nelson.
He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Bellows; his son Rick (Jen); his grandchildren, Jamieson and Quincy; and his siblings, Tom (Marilyn), Phil (Michaela), Dan (Gina), Kris, Teri Swartz (Mike), Gina, Dorothy Starman (Steve), Denise Volenec (Ric) and Lisa Edgar (Dewey).
