He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hudson Starr; his daughters, Catherine Habel, Melissa Starr and Theresa Starr (Katherine Becker); his granddaughters, Abby, Mia, Davina, Alyssa, Lucy and Lainey; and his siblings, Jennifer Johnson (Michael) and Thomas Starr (Marilynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
