He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Lee; his granddaughter Amelia; his mother Mabel; and his siblings, Travis, David, Donna, Elisha, Angie and Jessica. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a cancer research organization in Richard's honor, helping to fight the disease that touched his life.
