It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. West of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James West and Darlene West (Crisler); and his sister Karen Stadnick. He is survived by: his children, Ryan West (John), Marsha Upton (Tray), Victoria West and Justin West; his grandchildren, Cody Krier, Drake West, Tibon Mansfield, Tamera Hall, Treyvon Youngs, Jaydyn West, McKennah West, Daisy Musil (Ryan), Isaiah Vculek, Devin Vculek and Zoey Vculek; his great grandchildren, Maya Musil, Grayson Musil and Emery Vculek; and his siblings, James West (Eve), Billy West (Melody) and Patricia Bordeaux.
