Richard left this world on June 6, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wieser and Viola Wieser; his brother Larry Wieser; his sister-in-law Karen Wieser; and his niece Pam Paczosa.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle George; his sister Sally Behle; his children, Angela Erks (Jeff), Matt Wieser and Nick Wieser; his grandchildren, Kane Bower-Wieser and Amarra Bower; and his stepson Mike Cummins (Jenn).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Down the Hatch (5601 North 1st St). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Lincoln Memorial Park (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
