With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert D. Owen of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Owen and Goldie M. Owen (Harness); and his former wife Maryth O. Brush. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Owen (Read) of Lincoln; his children, David, Lorrie Owen of Aurora, Dawnell and Douglas Glunz of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Ashlyn (Adam Wilkes), Lance Glunz, Karissa (Ryan Fauss) and Arianna Owen; his great grandchildren, Howard, Karli, Garrett, Zachary, Jakki, Laini and Naomi; his brothers, Ronald Owen of Lincoln and Richard; and his sister-in-law Cindy Owen of Omaha.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are suggested to the St. Paul Education Foundation or the Eastmont Foundation.
