Catherall (Deb) of Lincoln, NE and Karen Hodges (Ron) of Clarkfield, MN.; his stepdaughter Jill Able (Zach) of Lincoln, NE.; his grandchildren, Carlee Criner, Chelsee Criner, Cody Hodges, Ann Larsen (Hodges), Lucas Hodges, Carson Catherall, Kyle Catherall, Benjamin Rezac, Madeline Rezac, Zachary Able and Aria Able; and his brothers, Roland Catherall (Judy) of Gurnee, IL and Fred Catherall (Carmen) of Port Hueneme, CA. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and many friends.
