He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Lisec and Mary Lisec; and his siblings, Edward Lisec, Donald Lisec and Evelyn Colgrove.
He is survived by: his wife Laurabelle; his sons, Bradley Lisec (Lisa) and Rodney Lisec (Heather); his brother Irvin Lisec; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Eleanor, Timothy and Erin. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to American Legion Post 3, Lincoln, Nebraska.
