He is survived by: his wife Carol Milliken (Worcester); his children, Leif Milliken (Elizabeth), Lincoln, Jordan Milliken (James Goddard) and Bronwyn Milliken (Patrick Ragan) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Thomas, Charlie Milliken, Bird, Atlas, Pepper Goddard, Greta and Fiona Ragan; and his siblings, Paul Milliken (Holly) of Carthage, MO, Richard Milliken (Karolyn) of Bennington, NE, Marilee Hagins (Michael) of Turlock, CA and James Milliken (June). He is also survived by three step-children.
