He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Vlasak and Robert Morton Sr.; and his sister Connie. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Durr; his grandchildren, Zoey Durr, Sophie Durr, Easton Durr, Landon Durr and Hudson Durr; and his great grandchild June Minino. He is also survived by his brother and sister; and many nieces and nephews, many cousins and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). The military honors was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Patty's Pub (311 N Cotner Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68505).
