She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nies and Irene Nies; her sister Joanne Gubser; and her granddaughter Alicia Shoemaker. She is survived by: her children, Debra Bailey (Brad), Greg Shoemaker (Debra Hild), Sandra Stevens (Mark), Pam Wismer (Rod) and Douglas Shoemaker (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Christopher Stevens (Shana), Brittany Stevens, Lindsay Bailey, Jaron Bailey (Mindy), Landon Bailey, Easton Bailey, Samantha Wismer, Sarah Wismer, Alex Wismer, Hillary Kuchera (Michael), Kadence Kuchera, Tripp Kuchera, Mason Shoemaker, Alyson Burkett (Brett), Lily Burkett, Rachel Breon, Braylee Breon, Wyatt Breon, Christopher Bennett, Sebastian Bennett and Jordan Bennett; her siblings, Marie Holton and Joe Nies; and her close friend Norma Atwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
