He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Herzog and Alta Herzog (Taney); his wife Candice Herzog (Koerber); and his brother Richard Herzog. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Herzog, Robert Herzog (Tina) and Sherry Lamitie (Richard); his stepdaughter Sarah Bando; his grandchildren, Kristen, Nicole, Jennifer, Megan, Samantha, Lanny, Khloe, Lillian, Parker, Blake and Brooke; his great grandchild Damian; his brother Gerald Herzog (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Herzog, Mary Hudson (Steven), Rebecca Hall (Michael), Keri Greenwald, Anne Caruso (J. P.) and Kent Koerber (Susan). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
